We are all unique & our individual uniqueness is as diverse as our lifetime of experiences. My approach honours the uniqueness of individuals, their experiences, circumstances & way of life.

​I work collaboratively with you from a position of understanding & support, rather than diagnosis & treatment, and am interested to understand what works for you so that the counselling process suits your needs.

This is your journey - your hands are at the helm, and together we can track the channels that help you flow with the current of your true path.

Why Seek Counselling?

The counselling process facilitates deeper awareness of yourself, others, and any challenges you may be trying to overcome.
It is a container of support to help you heal, grow, and better navigate life's challenges. It facilitates greater understanding and integration of your experiences that can empower you to make positive changes and improve wellbeing.


​One may seek counselling when needing help with endings & new beginnings, feeling stuck, emotional hardship, self-exploration, relationship issues, grief & loss, loneliness, anxiety or depression. Others may seek counselling to address past trauma & its effects, to address unhelpful patterns, and some may otherwise seek support on the path of self-development, with a desire to live life more fully. 
​Wherever you are on your path, I'll meet you there. 

THE PROCESS

Counselling sessions offer a space for you to simply show up as you are, with whatever is present, and I will support you in processing and exploring what comes up.

We will work together with a focus on your strengths, skills, and capacities to help build resilience and resources while navigating difficulties and challenges.
​We may utilise this same approach to forge plans for positive change, and to engage in a process of uncovering meanings from your experiences which can empower and support you on your journey ahead.  

During the process you will also have the option to access the Becoming Body-Wise series - an offering of educational content and somatic practices that supports
 your healing, stress management and self-regulation in an embodied and nervous-system informed way, and which addresses the effects of stress and trauma.
